MBR在垃圾渗滤液的优势?

随着膜工业市场的扩大、改进和发展,膜产品的材料和成本将会有很大改变,因此膜技术在垃圾渗滤液上的处理的发展前景很大。

相比生物处理法和物化处理法,MBR技术处理效率更好,MBR技术处理垃圾渗滤液在处理过程中,MBR膜不发生相变且能耗低;

膜片寿命长,膜组的结垢少,污染减轻;

系统可扩充性强,可根据需要增加一级、二级或高压膜组。

膜分离法分离装置简单,操作容易且易控制,便于维修管理,分离效率高,可靠性高,占地面积小,可以频繁启动停止工作的特点,十分灵活;

由于垃圾降解产生的二氧化碳溶于垃圾渗滤液中,使其呈微酸性,这种偏酸性的环境加剧了垃圾中不溶于水的碳酸盐、金属及其金属氧化物等发生溶解,因此渗滤液中含有多种较高浓度的金属离子。

The carbon dioxide produced by waste degradation is dissolved in the landfill leachate, making it slightly acidic. This acidic environment intensifies the dissolution of water-insoluble carbonates, metals and their metal oxides in the landfill. Therefore, the leachate contains a variety of metal ions with high concentrations.
